Site Walkthrough

We walk the space with you to identify every stone surface, flag anything that got damaged, and confirm scope before any cleaning starts.

Top-Down Detail Clean

Light fixtures and ceiling vents come first, then walls and trim, then surfaces and stone, then floors. Working top-down keeps already-cleaned areas clean.

Stone-Specific Finish

We polish or hone any stone scratched by the build, apply sealer to fresh installations, and remove every trace of grout haze and adhesive.

How soon after construction ends should the cleaning happen in NYC?

Sealing during the post-construction clean — once all the dust and residue is gone — locks in the clean surface and gives the stone its best chance at staying looking new long-term.
