NYC Marble Care provides professional stone restoration, cleaning, polishing, sealing, and related services for marble, granite, travertine, limestone, and other natural stone surfaces. All services are subject to a prior consultation and written estimate. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes upon inspection. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. NYC Marble Care reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to equipment issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The client is responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the work area. Furniture, fragile items, and valuables should be removed from the work area prior to our arrival. NYC Marble Care is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.
While we take every precaution to deliver professional results, NYC Marble Care shall not be held liable for pre-existing damage, inherent stone defects, or conditions beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
NYC Marble Care warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 7 days of service completion and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concern at no additional charge.
